Pints, Puzzles, and Pizzas Competition

Celebrate with a little competition and fun at Schell’s Brewery!

Teams of four (4) will put their appetites, thirst, and mental prowess to the test! Open to any group who loves hops and has a heart. In this thrilling competition, participants must devour a scrumptious heart shaped pizza while working together to solve a mind-boggling puzzle and devour 8 pints—all within a time limit of just two hours and 30 minutes. Get ready to feast, cheers, brainstorm, and triumph!

This is a 21+ event. Teams must consist of 4 people.

Your team of 4 has two and a half (2.5) hours to complete one (1) 500-piece puzzle, one (1) Heart shaped one topping pizza from Happy Joes in New Ulm, and 8 pints of beer (2 pints per person). Each team receives the same puzzle and no one gets to see the puzzle until the timer begins – the puzzle boxes are placed face down or covered before the competition starts.

Prizes are given to the first three teams to finish their brews, pizza and their puzzle collectively! If no teams have finished the challenge after 2.5 hours, winners are decided by the number of pieces completed.

Tickets are $125 per team. Only 1 person from your team will purchase 1 ticket in the registration link which includes selecting your pizza topping and team name! You and your puzzle partners must be present with IDs to check in on the day of the event. Check-in and event is in the Schell’s Lower Taproom  at the Schell’s Visitor’s Center.
