Graf is a cider/beer hybrid with the fresh and crisp taste of cider. Apple juice was added during the fermentation process accentuates the apple flavor and aroma. Calypso hops further add to the fruity flavor and aroma.

Crafted on our pilot system, this limited-release brew is available exclusively in Schell’s Bierhalle. We have only one barrel of it, so make sure to come early and enjoy it before it’s gone.
