“Midnight Running” is a dark, rich, full-bodied ale brewed on the 1-barrel pilot system using the last runnings from Cave Age Barrel Age, which was brewed on the large system in a 100-barrel batch. “Midnight Running” is sweet and smooth like a fine bourbon with a subtle Sabro hop presence. The beer was fermented warm with a low attenuating English ale yeast that left us with the malty complex sugars to enjoy!
