Beer poking is a classic cold-weather tradition where a red-hot metal poker is dipped into your beer, instantly caramelizing the natural sugars. The result is a lightly warmed Bock with smooth caramel and toasted notes, a touch of sweetness, and a creamy foam on top. Same beer, totally different experience. See you there! 🍺🔥
