Friday, 7/11 – Oktoberfest Release
Be here for our first Fass Keg tapping — an exclusive Oktoberfest keg tapped at 6 PM, with samples poured fresh from the Fass. A Fass keg is a 30-liter barrel traditionally used to serve beer that’s unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Filled straight from the fermenter and tapped right away—no extra aging or conditioning—it offers a pour in the most authentic way to drink it!

It was awesome going through the tour, and the tasting room was a very comfortable place to try very fresh beers as well as some new ones. Sue, our tour guide was great and did a fantastic job showing us around. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend checking it out!!
Incredible beer, friendly staff, beautiful facility. Wish we came the day before on Sunday, as the biergarten had live music. Definitely coming back when we visit next year!
Historical and beautiful brewery. A must see if you are in New Ulm. There is something here for everyone even if you aren’t a beer drinker.
Fantastic experience! My co-workers and I went on the brewery tour for only $10. Included samples at the end, along with a complimentary glass. Highly recommended if you love beer!
Been coming here for years. Always love this place. Although I prefer it in the late spring, when the flowers are blooming and the peacocks are out. The beer is as good as you can imagine and the atmosphere is even better. The staff is fantastic and I'll keep going back!
