You may have heard whispers, caught sneak peeks, or even sampled our first pilot batch in the Bierhalle…Mad Butcher! is OFFICIALLY BACK for all you hopheads and has begun hitting shelves around Mankato and New Ulm!
Schell’s heard how much you missed it, so we acquired the rights to brew Mad Butcher! once again. With the help of several employees who found a home here at Schell’s after their time at Mankato Brewery, we spent about a year dialing in the recipe to bring back that same juicy, hoppy, flavorful IPA you know and love.
