Bock Fest is coming, but why wait until then for a poked Bock?

Celebrate August Schell, who founded the brewery all the way back in 1860, for a birthday party with fire-poked Bock beer. If you’ve never had a poked beer, here is what to expect: a red hot poker is dipped into your Bock beer, caramelizing the sugars to invoke a marshmallowy, sweet flavor and slightly warming the beer.
