“DOE, a Beer” is a female brewed beer at August Schell Brewing Company for a second year in a row in honor of International Women’s Day. This Dortmunder lager has a light maltiness and medium hop presence which lends itself well to easy drinking. Sterling hops were used for bitterness and Tettnang-Tettnanger hops were used for aroma. Crafted on our pilot system, this limited-release brew is available exclusively in Schell’s Bierhalle.
