As much as we want to have everyone out to the brewery to celebrate Oktoberfest with us, we will be celebrating a bit differently. Our attendance is limited to 250 and based on high demand from our Stammtisch table regulars, we are unable to offer general admission tickets this year. We know, we’re as bummed as you are!

If you are a Stammtisch table ticket holder this year, we will see you on October 10th! Please note, we are working closely with the county to ensure all the governor mandated guidelines are being followed. Below are the details on how the event will run to ensure the safety of all those attending.

1860 Schell Road, New Ulm, MN  56073

This will be a ticketed event only. All six Stammtisch table ticket holders must be from the same household or you may only use four of your tickets. The welcome packet for all Stammtisch table holders will have a printout of all the rules and regulations for the event, as well as the six tickets required to get in the gate.  People will not be admitted into the fest area without tickets.  Contact information for each table will be recorded upon purchase of the tickets for contact tracing purposes.

If you have signs or symptoms related to COVID-19, you will not be admitted through the gate even if you are a ticket holder. We ask that everyone wear a mask in line and stay at least six feet apart while waiting to enter the festival grounds. You will be required to present your ticket at the gate, your ID, and will be wrist banded. Please keep your mask on at all times unless you are seated at your table.

Finding your seats

Once your group has entered the gate, head to the giant tent toward the bottom of the hill, you can’t miss it. You’ll be stopped by a server who will then escort you to your table. When you are seated, you may remove your mask at that point. There will be hand sanitizer available at each table for your use. Each table will have a laminated piece of paper laying out the rules and regulations for the day. Please read this to ensure your safety and others.

Your table will have its own designated server, lederhosen clad and all, who would love nothing more than to bring you beers and brats whenever you may need. Servers will be wearing proper PPE and all glassware will be sanitized between each use.

Additional Safety items

Please remain seated as much as possible. You are able to get up, go to the bathroom, go to the gift shop (you must be able to show proof of entrance upon return), but you must wear a mask each time you leave your table. As much as this hurts our German souls, we cannot allow dancing this year, even when the Fliegerlied comes on. If you know all the actions though, we won’t stop you from doing a little seat dance.

All our workers are being temp checked before entering the grounds and working. They will also be provided the proper PPE based on their station. We will sanitize all tables prior to the event and in between bands. The tables will all be spaced at a minimum of 6 feet apart and the tent will allow for open airflow this year. We’ve been working hard with the county to adhere to all mandates and will continue to do whatever we can to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Thank you for your patience during this time. Prost!
