Beer Release and Brewer’s Chat: Jalapeño Lime Lager by Joe Stevens!

Join us for an exclusive re-release featuring Jalapeño Lime Lager!
This Jalapeño Lime Lager has a balanced and crisp refreshing taste with a little kick. The sterling hops were added for bittering qualities. Four pounds of jalapeños were roasted in the oven for forty minutes and then the roasted jalapeños were added to the beer until the kick/heat was there. Then one pound of dried lime peels were added to give the beer a jalapeño-lime flavor and aroma.
Brewer Joe Stevens will share the story of this unique brew and answer your questions in a Q&A session – make sure your glass if full and keep the questions coming!

It was awesome going through the tour, and the tasting room was a very comfortable place to try very fresh beers as well as some new ones. Sue, our tour guide was great and did a fantastic job showing us around. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend checking it out!!
Incredible beer, friendly staff, beautiful facility. Wish we came the day before on Sunday, as the biergarten had live music. Definitely coming back when we visit next year!
Historical and beautiful brewery. A must see if you are in New Ulm. There is something here for everyone even if you aren’t a beer drinker.
Fantastic experience! My co-workers and I went on the brewery tour for only $10. Included samples at the end, along with a complimentary glass. Highly recommended if you love beer!
Been coming here for years. Always love this place. Although I prefer it in the late spring, when the flowers are blooming and the peacocks are out. The beer is as good as you can imagine and the atmosphere is even better. The staff is fantastic and I'll keep going back!
