Schell’s Foosball Experience

Minnesota’s top foosballers are coming to New Ulm and putting their skills on display for a full weekend of fun at Schell’s!
This tournament is open to anyone who wants to join (they’ve got competitions for pros, intermediate players and the newbs).
Not sure if you’re ready to play? No sweat. Come have a beer and watch the action. When you’re ready to give it a try, jump into some friendly foos.
Arrive early to register for any and all tournaments you’d like to participate in.
Schedule
Friday
5-10pm: Friendly draw-your-partner event
$15/person to play. Rules explained before the event.
Saturday
11am start: Monster event
$15/person; 50% payout from event organizer. Consists of 5 round robin rounds. Each round, players are randomly paired up in a race to score 7 goals. Prizes are awarded every round. Players need to report the winner and score from each game. The top 16 players advance to the single-elimination round, best 2-out-of-3 games.
2-3pm start: Bring-your-partner tournament (Minnesota state tournament warmup)
$20/person; 80% payout from event organizer. Players choose their partner to compete in a double-elimination best 2-out-of-3 tournament.
5-6pm start: DYP/singles
$15/person; 60% payout from event organizer. Choose to play in a doubles or singles event. If time allows, goalie war/forward shootouts ($10/person) start around 7pm.
Sunday
11am-5pm: Various tables open for free pickup games to continue DYP/singles
12:30pm start: Battle of the businesses
$50/team. Family, friends and employees of local businesses can assemble teams. Additional teams can be added at $40/team. Five rounds with a race to 7 goals. Top teams advance to elimination rounds where games will be the best 2 out of 3.
