Behind the Brew

German lagers don’t often take on similar characteristics as an IPA, but that’s what makes our Citra Blanc so unique. It is bright and hoppy yet is smooth like a classic lager. First introduced in our 2017 Biergarten in a Box sampler pack as the American Pale Lager, it instantly became a hit. It even won a bronze medal at the 2017 US Open Beer Championship. With the excitement from the initial release, we decided to add this to our year-round core craft lineup as Citra Blanc.
