Behind the Brew
A unique line of Méthode Traditionelle Berlin-style Weisse beer, these mixed-culture sours undergo a long, slow, secondary fermentation in our original Cypress wood tanks from 1936, where the porous nature of the wood allows the defining characteristics of the beer to develop. These beers were meticulously crafter and are bottle-condition to allow the flavors to continue to develop and evolve over time.
Static Transmission pours a hazy gold in color and is bursting with the aromas of fresh wildflowers, lemons and pineapple. Oats lend a rich, creamy mouthfeel over a bright, sweet and sour character. Enjoy this traditionally crafted beer chilled, in a pokal glass or champagne flute.
