First Taste – Be the first to enjoy our Bock beer straight from the source.
Fire-Poked Bock Beers – From 5-8PM, our firetenders will be outside by the bonfire, expertly poking Bock beers to caramelize the brew, adding a delightful toasted-marshmallow flavor.
Warm Atmosphere – Enjoy the cozy vibes in our Bierhalle and the festive spirit around the bonfire.

It was awesome going through the tour, and the tasting room was a very comfortable place to try very fresh beers as well as some new ones. Sue, our tour guide was great and did a fantastic job showing us around. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend checking it out!!
Incredible beer, friendly staff, beautiful facility. Wish we came the day before on Sunday, as the biergarten had live music. Definitely coming back when we visit next year!
Historical and beautiful brewery. A must see if you are in New Ulm. There is something here for everyone even if you aren’t a beer drinker.
Fantastic experience! My co-workers and I went on the brewery tour for only $10. Included samples at the end, along with a complimentary glass. Highly recommended if you love beer!
Been coming here for years. Always love this place. Although I prefer it in the late spring, when the flowers are blooming and the peacocks are out. The beer is as good as you can imagine and the atmosphere is even better. The staff is fantastic and I'll keep going back!
